We think so.

Unfortunately, traditional education systems do not have the answer.
多くの人は、学校教育を終えてから「仕事」という現場に出ます。
そこで、ふとこう感じたことはないでしょうか？
「今までの勉強って、このビジネスという大海原とは全然関係がなかったんじゃないか？」
これは、おそらく多くの大人たちが、程度の差こそあれ一度は抱いた感覚です。
実際、それはあながち間違いではありません。
なぜなら、日本の学校教育の多くは「正解のある問題を、速く・正確に解く」ことに重点を置いてきたからです。
しかし、現実の社会——
特にビジネスの現場では、「正解のない問いに、自分の力で向き合い、答えを構築する力」が求められます。
もちろん、学校教育を否定するつもりはありません。
友達と出会い、集団で困難を乗り越える経験は、何物にも代えがたい学びです。
ただ、それだけで「未知の未来」に立ち向かう力が十分に育つかといえば、残念ながらそうではありません。
お子さんに渡しているその「コンパス」、未来を切り拓くには、十分な性能を備えていますか？
社会に出た瞬間、正解はなく、
「答えをつくる」「海図を描く」ことそのものが仕事になります。
そして、そのための力は——
早いうちから、育むことができるのです。
